Hope all are well. A quick update to share information about an upcoming program and our December 20th Commission meeting:

Getting the Word Out: Outreach and Community Education for Legal Aid and Information Providers, December 15 from 2:00-3:00 pm

This free online training offers legal aid and other legal help and legal information providers ideas they can use to connect with vulnerable people in need of civil legal help in Massachusetts. The training will feature presenters from two projects that used a variety of outreach and community education techniques – including live streaming presentations through Facebook, videos, targeted mailers, partnerships with community groups, and more – to publicize the availability of legal resources and to share legal information. The goal is that you will come away from this presentation with concrete actions that you can take to enhance your community outreach and education work. Register here. Zoom link will be provided.
