Massachusetts Access to Justice Commission Convening, March 19th

Please join us at the March 19, 2024, Commission Convening, held from 12-1:30 via zoom. Please RSVP here by noon on March 18th for the Zoom link.

This convening will continue the Commission’s year-long review of the Justice for All Strategic Action Plan (SAP). In 2017 the Commission, along with many stakeholders, underwent a lengthy strategic planning process and developed the SAP, which has since framed much of the Commission’s work. Over the course of meetings and written feedback, we have revisited the continuum of available resources, from self-help to full representation. At the March 19th Convening, we will hear from representatives of the Housing, Consumer Debt, and Family Law Committees about their respective sections of the SAP (Housing (pp. 34-55), Consumer Debt (pp. 56-70), and Family Law (pp. 71-95). We welcome Commissioners and the public to engage in conversation about what has been accomplished since 2017 and what to prioritize going forward.
