The Massachusetts Bar Foundation (MBF) is pleased to announce the availability of applications for the 2025/2026 IOLTA Grants Program. The MBF expects to award approximately $6 million to nonprofit organizations for law-related programs that either provide civil legal services to low-income clients or improve the administration of justice in the Commonwealth.

Nonprofit organizations in Massachusetts operating programs that meet the MBF’s current funding priorities are invited to apply. Please carefully review the MBF’s Grant Funding Priorities Statement which can be found at www.massbarfoundation.org/iolta-grants-program. All new applicants must contact the MBF to discuss their proposals prior to submission.
